They are calling on the UN to launch an immediate attack on such strategic locales as Newark, New Jersey, Troy, Michigan and Austin, Texas.

How did North Dakota miss the list. It probably is in the top 5 for most nukes.It has a largley agrarian economy. Most of the people own guns. A large uncontrolled border. Vast areas where WMD could be hidden. Not very diverse culture.
