There was *nothing* risque about Louie Louie but because some clowns from the Pacific Northwest tried to mimic a Jamaican accent while using bad recording equipment and a catchy beat, the song became a major hit because a few people *thought* there was something suggestive in the lyrics when there really wasn't.
BTW, did you notice Kerry had two water bottles on his bicycle? One bottle had Evian and the other had Perrier.
I wouldn't be surprised if he bathes in it. No regular tap water for the "man of the people". Ha!
