Julian: The administration which wanted the UN out of it now is begging them to join in.

What a lie that is. The administration DID early on ask the UN, repeatedly, to be a part of this or forever be deemed irrelevant.

The Novak column, which Russert just quoted and showed on the screen, said the leak came from "two senior administration officials."

BIden was ridiculous. He said a lot of words, over and over, that didn't MEAN anything.

Good candidate for VP, then. Wouldn't want one who could show up the flipper by being consistent in any statements he makes or positions he takes.

We can depend on Kristol verbably slipping the knife into Bush's back whenever he gets the chance.

I have been waiting for this show to come on in my area. If Wallace doesn't address the Koppel thing he will have LIED to all of the Fox viewers, and I will never watch his show ever again.

Thanks for that info. I'd forgotten, I guess and I'm mostly watching Fox News Sunday.

Chris Wallace: Talking about Ted Koppel reading the names of the fallen soldiers. Is this a way to honor the dead or something else.

Kristol: I think he's doing what he did 35 years ago when he turned against the Vietnam War.

Julian: 700 Americans killed in the last year. APril was a devastating month. An effort by Bush administration to downplay the cost of war.

(WILL NO ONE MENTION IF KOPPEL WANTED TO HONOR THE DEAD HE'D MENTION AFGHANISTAN WHICH IS SUPPORTED WIDELY)

Brit: This is an argument about motives. My sense is that you can take out of the program anything you want. Worrying about motives doesn't really matter much; we should just take out of it what it was - nothing overt either way.

Cici: Y our point about Afghanistan is valid. We've had numerous recitations of people lost in 9/11 and Iraq.

Kristol: This is a total stunt and demeaning to the American people.

Chris Wallace: We think the people made a mistake by showing the people in who died without putting it in context so NEXT WEEK we will put it in context by showing what they sacrificed their lives FOR.

SO - STAY TUNED NEXT WEEK.

Yes I did see it ... It was a tough crowd last night, but the President did manage to get a few chuckles out of them

I caught it as well. It was funny to see Bill Schenider from CNN just sitting there with his arms folded the whole time even when President Bush spoke about Pat Tillman and all of those serving our country.

These people are just sick and vile.

Cal Thomas was great with his Column One last night - about what needs to be done in England, France, etc about Muslims and the support given to jihad.
