Terry Jeffrey, the editor of Human Events, reports a great story, "Saddam Sent Trade Mission to Niger." Jeffrey went through the United Nations Atomic Energy Agency records and found that they say Saddam Hussein sent an ambassador named Al Zahawie on a trade mission to Niger in 1999

Using Baghdad Bob is Wilson's way of trying to obfuscate the facts your link references. He can use "does anyone take Baghdad Bob seriously" approach to justify saying he made his first conclusions that it didn't happen because he thought it was Baghdad Bob.
