My take on this...no matter HOW it turns out, and it looks like it's turnin' out mighty weird...

We Freepers are a GOOD LOT! We rose to the occasion by helping one of "ours" yesterday. This forum was FULL of prayer for Bogdan. I hope and I pray that we do NOT let this jade us....that we don't become hard and cold to the next prayer request that comes across.

The good thing is no one, I HOPE, sent money...although, not having an address how could you?

Please...we're "family" here. This isn't DU....let's still trust each other.

Thank you, that was my thought, too. I have no problem with prayer requests--if someone is requesting them through a lie, obviously, they need prayers anyway (if only for their future honesty). Sounds like this one could use psychiatric help, among other things.

I am very upset about this. Not because I believed this person BUT now when FRiends ask for prayer people will wonder if it's BS or not. I didn't know people do not go on prayer threads because of past frauds.

I just want people to know I'm not phony. People in NY have met me. If I ever need to ask for prayer, it won't be because I'm BSing anybody (excuse the language BG :smile:)

I agree, to a certain extent, I honestly do.

I'm speaking from personal experience with Logan. We all who are involved in that little guy's life believe with all of our hearts that without the prayers of Freepers, and their friends, and their churches, and their Bible Studies...he wouldn't have made it.

And, on that note...I'll take your advice. I'll go to the back yard with the dogs and look at the LEAVES FLOATING IN MY POOL AND DOES ANYONE WANNA COME SCOOP EM OUT FOR ME?
