COME ON! Cut this guy a break. ...with so many houses... and attics... to search... how could he be EXPECTED to find those missing 'medals' ...er...'ribbons'...er...'Ready Reserve records'... quickly? (Maybe, while searching, he'll ALSO manage to locate that missing 'HONOR', lost for so many years, too.)

Seadog: Luv your work, but what does that Reuters quote say? Can't read it.

PC: Luv your tagline. Must remember to use it when arguing w/ lib'rals.

Makes me wish there was a Tagline Event at the Olympics this summer!

Thanks randog! I like YOUR tagline too! Kind of reminds me of the old Navy days ...talk of 'smoke testing', and how any particularly complicated circuit was said to work by the principles of "FM" ...Friggin' MAGIC!

Sorry for the small print on the quote (my newbie-itis acting up again, I suppose...). The quote was exactly what you might have expected - typical Kerry BS:

(they) "...personally raped, cut off ears, cut off heads, taped wires from telephones to human genitals and turned up the power, cut off limbs, blown up bodies, randomly shot at civilians, razed villages in (a) fashion reminiscent of Ghengis Khan, shot cattle and dogs for fun, poisoned foodstocks, and generally ravaged the countryside of South Vietnam..." --John Kerry 1971

John F. Kerry: "Who cares what I did in Vietnam? All the medals...
err, ribbons -- and heroic actions (Peck) belonged to someone else -- Whoops."

THANKS! You WOULD have thought that someone who actually DID serve in Vietnam would already know the difference, wouldn't you? Apparently, HE doesn't. Anybody wonder why THAT is???

As far as I can remember, the term Ribbon and Medal weren't interchangeable. SOunds like another Kerry Fairy tale.

RE: "SOunds like another Kerry Fairy tale."

Ex-ACT-ly. Kind of makes you nostalgic for the 'good old days' ...and that OTHER 'old friend of ours' ...doesn't it...???

I read somewhere recently that Kerry is considered by many to be ...'kinda like AlGore, but without the flash'
