I watched the entire good game, it was very good. Unless they dubbed the audio at the begining, which I doubt they did - than at the very least the crowd in Dallas cheered and din't boo our National Anthem as the Mexicans did when our Olympic team lost to them in Mexico.
Good to see honor of the Anthem in Mexico, but it's still sad to see overwhelming pro-Mexico support at these games; except for one game played at Columbus during the winter in a 2002 World Cup qualifying match.

Amazing the Pope can still score, at his age.

(John Kerry's patriotism is not in question. The question is: which country?)

I thought the Pope had to take a vow not to score anymore.

I didn't know that the pope's role extended to determining soccer games...
You learn something new every day, I guess.

LOL!

Yep, and also there was the "urine bombs" incident in LA a few years back.
None the less, good to see our boys beat Mexico at something they traditionaly excel at. We also knocked them out of World Cup 2002.

Who cares???? It's soccer! But what makes this really delicious is that soccer is Mexico's national sport and soccer here is an afterthought, and we still kick their ass at it.
