Yes! I love baked sweet potatoes (with butter and sea salt)!!!

Tonight I'm just gonna nuke one. (In fact, it's nuking now. I cut off the ends, peel a strip across the top, puncture the potato a few times, put it in a deep dish, cover it all with plastic wrap or a lid, and nuke for 10 minutes minimum. Gets all nice and soft and squishy. Easy to peel, if you're careful not to burn yourself.) ;)
