Years ago I was told by a confidant of two-time Oscar winner Kevin Spacey that his father, Thomas Geoffrey Fowler, had been a member of the American Nazi party.

"He had Nazi memorabilia everywhere, and was completely devoted to the party," said the source.

Spacey, the source said, had made this shocking revelation during his early years on Broadway when he appeared in "Lost in Yonkers."

It was fascinating because close-mouthed, secretive Spacey — whose premiere party for "American Beauty" was composed of dozens of angular young men in dark, expensive suits — never discussed his father or his personal life in interviews.

I can't remember the exact # of women he supposedly had intimate relations with, I seem to remember 5or six. I know about that rumor and it is absolutely UNTRUE! Kevin Spacey is NOT gray. Those vicious rumors started because Spacey was spotted spending the night over at the home of his hairdresser. However, I can assure you that Spacey's hair was NOT dyed that night. Kevin Spacey is NOT gray!

A news story in today's Miami Herald claimed that Spacey's father actually wore a Hitler moustache. You really have to be a full out Nazi to do that (if true). What was the reaction by other folks to that moustache? No wonder this guy couldn't hold a job. Imagine if your bank teller sported a Hitler moustache. Would you trust a doctor with a Hitler moustache? I would be scared such a doctor would perform strange "medical" experiments on me.

Kevin Spacey got the idea of going into acting from his father since I understand that dear ol' Dad auditioned for Springtime For Hitler. So was he a singing Hitler or a dancing Hitler?

The Shipping News was my favorite book of all times & Spacey ruined the movie. He was not the right person for the part in looks or actions. I am still mad about that. I always thought he was a fag.

I can imagine some fool in Hollywood reading this and saying "Wow! This would make a great movie! Maybe we can get Spacey to play himself?"

I see this movie as a COMEDY ala Mel Brooks. For example, on the schoolday that children are supposed to spend a day at work with their parents, Spacey dresses up in a Sturmbannfuhrer uniform, complete with jackboots, to join his Daddy at a Nazi party rally.
