Good luck to Pat. May the bright April sun shine on him in victory today and send the Democratic RINO packing home to live out his days.

Can this get put in breaking news just for today so that we don't have fifty PA Senate Race threads?

Union Goons through intimidation and vote fraud will carry the day for Spector. After all, such activity is allowed under anceint Scottish Law.

A light turnout will actually favor Toomey. His support has been very motivated by the chance to dump Spector.
If the turnout is heavy, then that means Spector supporters are getting out also.
While the polls have all shown a very very close finish -- they have also shown that Spectors support is much softer than Toomey's-- which translates into, Toomey voter will definately show up at the polls, Spector supporters will need a reason to show up.

Light turnout in the Philly burbs has to be good for Toomey. May it stay that way.

Toomey bump.
Hate to be a naysayer, but I think he'll come up just short. I think it'll be different from the typical race where the undecided breaks toward the challenger. In this race, I think the undecideds break toward Specter, the known quantity, rather than the less well-known Toomey.
Just a hunch, of course.

I agree Phantom, just like any Democrat Specter has the ability to create 3-5 percent of the overall vote through fraud. If the race is within 5% on closing of the polls, Specter wins. Specter truly is a turd.

What time do the polls close in Pennsylvania (or would close if the race weren't close enough tfor fraud to be the difference-maker)?

I believe in the power of prayer and Dr. Dobson has a strong Christian following who are praying for Pat Toomey and for the change it will mean! So, prayers ahoy!

Pennsylvania polls open at 7 am and close at 8 pm.
