Of course it is. If Kerry is still on the ballot in November that image will be in a lot of voters minds of that spoiled rich poseur showing disdain to his country.

If Kerry returned the 3 medals that got him out of Vietnam,
he should have returned himself to Vietnam.
His adoring crew members, who tour with him now, would have loved to have him back.
