[history]
April 27, 2004 -- THE conventional wisdom is that the presidential election will be close. It's a 50-50 country, so the CW goes, just as it was in the year 2000.
Kerry is a terrible, terrible, terrible candidate.
It's not so much the policies he proposes, although they don't add up to all that much. The problem is Kerry himself. He no sooner opens his mouth than he sticks first one foot and then the other right in there.

At some point, Kerry is going to have to move to the middle to grab indies He can't do that unless he denounces his actions in the 70's and that something Kerry isn't doing

The commieRAT party believes her to be their savior. This year will be her only shot at the Presidency and she will go for it.
John F'n Kerry is the commieRATs throw away who is just killing time so Comrade Hillary
doesn't have to face President Bush until after the commieRAT convention.
She won't wait to try it in 2008 as she knows she'd stand little chance against incumbent VP Rice.

... To say "Kerry is toast" is to insult bread ...Let the message go further - let the deadwood be whole branches of rotten democrats. Let the democrats be defined by their own message; 'democrats are liars!'

"...if only the medals can be located in a dusty file somewhere..."They've been on public display on his office wall for years.
Those were not his medals that he threw away. He connived too hard to get them.

First, they could again nominate someone else and petition the legislatures and the courts state-by-state to permit access to the ballot (it would probably end up in the Supreme Court for at least some number of states). Do you remember the stink the Democrats made about Bush asking certain state legislatures for an exemption because the Republican convention was after the deadline for some states? I recall some Democrats saying "No way! They made this bed when they chose to exploit 9/11 by having the convention in September in New York."

That is if the bottom line is actually more important for ABC than trying to bring America in line with their liberal political views. In 20 years of viewing the news(can't stand to anymore though) disseminating their political views has been more important to them than the truth. As much as I would like to see the change count me as skeptical, but hopeful.

I didn't know Hannity served in Viet Nam.
