This is completely off the wall, but, "food secret" combined with "baker" made me think of bread yeast; which expands and grows (kind of). Made me think of mushroom cloud. Like I said, kind of off the wall random thinking.

The "baker" mixes the ingredients: time + location + quality + quantity. In essence, the "baker" is the guy making the decisions about where, when and how the attacks are going to take place.

Made me think of wonder bread. And then that bankrupt bakery Soros bought a few years back in Pittsburgh only to let it go under now...wonder whats baking there these days.
