This happened when FR went down two nights ago. The BOLO was posted on FR Yahoo backup site as follows:

Thanks for the update -- that's about what I remembered about it. So basically all we have is that somebody (maybe another trucker, judging from his screen name?) reported to have heard the BOLO. I'm a faithful lurker here and believe most of the things discussed are legitimate, but I'm skeptical on this one.
