It was internal only, so details are sketchy but the Cpt had a big security concern about someone or something and people and aircraft were searched multiple times. I think the flight may have been scrubbed finally after everyone missed their connections.

For what it's worth, several people at work yesterday expressed bad vibes. They all had the feeling "something was about to happen soon." Interesting, from folks that normally don't discuss such things....seems the dreams and "bad vibes" may be spreading. I think that is prophetic. They also said they even worried about the Muslims that worked WITH US!!! That was really prophetic!! We are talking a mostly liberal "tolerant" atmosphere...I was astounded.

Regarding OBL and offering gold for assassinations...On wtopnews this morning a commentator said that it would be close to impossible for OBL or anyone in AQ to reward a person or group with gold...I wonder if this is a warning to Islamic community to buy gold quick before "the big one".

I think that in every war, wealth is converted to gold.

It has always amazed me that refugees coming here, are covered in gold chains and rings.

There were reports on the refugees from Nam, who got off the boats, wearing multiple gold items.
