Two Chinese diplomats, away from their Los Angeles consulate improperly, recently sped their vehicle past a Los Alamos National Laboratory guard post near classified facilities in what U.S. officials think was an intelligence mission, The Washington Times has learned.

I kept looking at your dream- I print out the Matrix- and I was amazed by the extraordinary details.

I was thinking- aren't the prevailing winds over the US west to east? I was wondering why so many targets in California.

OMG, you're right. I had not thought of that (ah,the things we put in the back of our minds). Tou're right,the report did say rest stops, not truck stops. Why would they be stopping at every rest stop? Casing the joint? And if it was a nuke like the one in the photo you posted, I've never seen radiation detectors at rest stops. I haven't driven the Oregon/California state line for over 10 years but I doubt they have radiation detectors there. This is one weird story.

Same thought occurred to me. However, it seems that bio would be more likely-so many people stopping and travelling throughout the country- a great way to spread a disease.

Sure sounds like they could be referring to a hemorrhagic disease. Like Ebola.

In general, rest stops (some states may have installed cameras that are monitored remotely - I don't know) are not going to be "watched" as closely as a restroom at a gas station or fast food outlet. It is much less likely to attact attention or be observed, which makes it a good place for dead drops. In fact, an interstate rest stop is one of the locations explicitly recommended for "dead drops" in Al Battar.

(I don't stop at rest stops - I just feel a lot safer at a fast food place or a gas station.)

I have already accpeted that America will be the target of attacks for a long time. Our lifestyles may have to change to adapt to this these threats.

That footage just brings tears to my eyes. One Marine was hit & bleeding, his fellow Marines carried him into that house. You could see the intensity on their faces. Even the person videotaping that was running along with them through the streets and alleys. It was just like you were with them listening to the gunfire and the noise of people yelling.

I'm with you. Been adapting and overcoming challenges and fears since I ventured back to work in NYC on 9/13/01. I've come to terms that the threat of terrorism will be a dark cloud hovering over us for a long time to come. I only hope that we can leave the world, and especially our country, a better place for our future generations.
