"I will never cower before any master nor bend to any threat"
Two Chinese diplomats, away from their Los Angeles consulate improperly, recently sped their vehicle past a Los Alamos National Laboratory guard post near classified facilities in what U.S. officials think was an intelligence mission, The Washington Times has learned.

"Weight enhanced", a wonderfully elegant term. May I borrow it?
"I finally got my anorexia under control." is another I've come to depend on.
Apologies to all for getting off-topic here. Sometimes, even we, need a break from the threats.

Only deported?!Probably for the best given our liberal courts. He'd be out on a "technicality" in a flash. The good news is that the customs agents stopped this one!

Sorry, Crabbie
Meant to ping MD and JP with the weight comments.

But, but, but, I worked so hard to put that ThreatMatrix FRyahoo group together! Me! The techno-challenged person.
I'll be by your site to register in a short while.
To: FairOpinion
This may seem like a dumb question, but if LE knows where they are and where they're headed then WHY don't they just STOP them????

LOL! There are some hysterically funny replies to Daleel's request on that thread.

Copter from Fort Bragg missing in S.C. The Associated Press 4/27/2004, 8:22 a.m. ET FLORENCE, S.C. (AP) An Army helicopter with three soldiers aboard vanished during a training flight, and a search was under way Tuesday, authorities said.
The UH-60 Blackhawk was on a flight from Fort Bragg, N.C., when it was reported missing about 9:50 p.m. Monday. It wasn't known if there were injuries or whether the helicopter crashed or made an emergency landing, Lt. Col. Billy Buckner, a spokesman for the 18th Airborne Corps at Fort Bragg, said Tuesday morning. http://www.nj.com/newsflash/national/index.ssf?/base/national-22/1083068940167260.xml

Oh, dear. Prayers going up for the soldiers.

You mean -- ther are freepers who support illegal immigration? I suppose that is possible. We certainly have a split in the parties on that too. Too many Republicans are drinking the cool-aid on this nonesense about illegals "doing the work no one else will do."
Truth is, National Republicans sit on their hands because they love providing cheap, non-union labor to exploit. Dems love the illegals because they believe they will be constituents in the future, either by amnesty, or through their kids.
The whole system stinks, and I am definitely working to grind it to a halt -- and Bush better straighten-up and fly right on the issue.

$500,000 Worth of Property Stolen from Russias Nuclear Flagship
Embezzlement of finances and property on the Peter the Great nuclear cruiser amounted to 14 million rubles (almost $500,000) in 2003, the RIA Novosti news agency reported on Tuesday citing a source in the financial directorate of the Northern Fleets headquarters.
We are puzzled by the ship commands inability to control the observation of order on board and lack of responsibility for the hardware commissioned to them. More than that, over the past months of 2004, hardware worth about 400,000 rubles (over $13,000) was embezzled, the source said.
The Peter the Great has been put into dry dock after the commission of the Main Headquarters of the Russian Navy checked her two weeks ago.
The inspection followed a statement by the top Russian Navy commander who said that the condition of the nuclear cruiser was so poor it could blow up at any moment.

"Why would 5 trucks stop at EVERY truck stop on the way south?"
I think they might be infectious...bioterror incubation.

Ah yes, SARS. How long before the press once again turns the disease into the greatest killer since small pox even though world-wide deaths last year were only a fraction of the worldwide deaths attributable to a mild strain of influenza in any given year. Good thing the press doesn't know about malaria.

Know! We'll KNOW in a couple weeks.
