He called the President "George Bush"? Looks like he is getting angry and desperate if he declines to follow common courtesy by prefixing the word "President", as is usually done. This is because they don't believe that President Bush was elected legitimately.

This is because they don't believe that President Bush was elected legitimately. There are several announcers who persist in calling him Mr. Bush (one of them does top of the hour news for ABC Radio).
