It's amazing ... these pro-aborts claim to be fighting for the rights of women, yet they insist on supporting the very tool that keeps a lot of women enslaved to our highly sexualized culture. The culture stipulates that women must 'put out' in order to express themselves as psychologically healthy people (not to mention just to GET A MAN in the first place ... doesn't sound very feminist, does it?). They expose themselves to the possibility of disease, pregnancy, and the psychological harm of being abandoned or discarded. Then, if the natural result of sexual intercourse occurs (i.e., a BABY), they must rip out their insides to keep the party going, which causes a great deal of psychological harm in many cases. I agree with Patricia Heaton: women deserve better.

Amen to that. I hate to use the words a liberal might, but I was a 'victim' to that thinking as a teen. And what joy it is now to be on the other side of that with a strong, loving husband and a third child on the way. We just went on a maternity tour and we saw the babies that were in the nursery at the time. How anyone who could disperse of such a miracle or shirk the awesome role God has given a women to aid in his creation processes. I was once again awe-inspired that even being so damn sinful, God has given me a hand in his creative light by being able to carry and bear children. Praise God!!

Right. We already have control over our own bodies anyway. It's called birth control. While no birth control method is 100 percent effective, in this day and age there is no good reason for a woman to get pregnant in the first place. Abortion is not a birth control method.
