My petition for rehearing http://www.allanfavish.com/pet_for_rehearing.pdf (62 KB) received by the Supreme Court on this date. The petition is shorter than my full response of April 10 that was posted to my web site because Supreme Court rules limited the petition to 10 smaller-than-standard sized pages. The purpose for the petition was to set the record straight given that the chances of a rehearing are slim to none.

Thank you for keeping us up to date on this Alan. Sorry all your work didn't gain a victory. I would think that a full public hearing on a possible murder of a White House aide to the President of the United States would outweigh most if not all objections. Instead the courts seem to look for any reason at all that could be used to deny access. This is one guy who simply does not agree with the stonewall you've run into. Kudos for your efforts.

Do you know for certain, that the gunshot would was a peforation or a penetration?
I've read Patrick Knowlton's claims, and his disoveries indicate that the bullet did not exit.
If that is the case, then the round was "short," so to speak, which lends itself to a "professional hit."

(May God save our democratic-republican government, from a government by judiciary.)

We know very little for certain because the Government reports have omissions and distortions that destroy their credibility. That's why we need to see the raw evidence for ourselves. Regards,
