Does John Kerry, who supports higher automobile fuel economy standards, own a gas-guzzling SUV? He does, but says it belongs to the family, not to him.
...snip...
``I want cars to be made in Michigan, made in America, made'' by the United Auto Workers, Kerry said.

....more John Faux Kerry...it just keeps getting better and better...

Poor John ... which makes him look worse: being shown to be a hypocrite about "fuel economy" and American jobs? Or demonstrating that his wife is in total control of every dime?

``I want cars to be made in Michigan, made in America, made'' by the United Auto Workers, Kerry said And that Chrysler 300M he bragged about owning is made in CANADA!
Though this article has been posted twice already (once by me) I think the mods should leave it up as this issue needs to be kept at the forefront and the other threads are getting lengthy.

Gota wonder about a man who marries a terrorist supporter and a traitor.

Gota wonder about a man who marries a terrorist supporter and a traitor. And then is completely subservient to her. Just the sort of "leader" we need these days, right?

More important is the Gulfstream, a big jet capable of crossing the Atlantic.
Mega-hypocrisy.

("wife" owns huge Suburban, Cherokee, UK Rover, Audi AWD guzzlers)I thought he only admitted to ONE SUV in the article you posted; where did those other ones come from?

His first wife was worth $300 million. Current wife is worth $700 million. He's not kidding when he says he's after the rich.

He's a liar and not too slick about it. If he doesn't get some quick coaching from the Clinton's on the fine art of lying, he's toast.
To: plain talk
this guy might get elected pompous ass of the year, but potus ain't gonna happen unless GWB has something terrible happen.

More important is the Gulfstream, a big jet capable of crossing the Atlantic. I trust you're not suggesting that Kerry and family could fly Commercial, are you? God forbid even Coach???
You're getting just a little too big for your britches! The very idea that Kerry shouldn't do just what he wants, independent of what he thinks is right for us little people! Particularly those of us in Flyover Country!
You need to get with the program and stop questioning the motives and actions of your "betters."

First, he distances himself from the soldiers in Vietnam, then he distances himself from his wife, then he distances himself from his family. Now if he'd just distance himself from the USA...this guys never had a position he wouldn't change or an association he wouldn't disavow. I think Clinton's coveted position as sleaziest politician in history may be in jeopardy.

I bet the Kerry's keep at least 2 SUVs at each of their five mansions.

You'd think women that rich could do better for themselves.
