I ask God to give comfort and solace to the Tillman family.
I saw earlier in the thread that someone had written " we need to earn his sacrifice", and I can't think of anything nearly as profound as that to say. As a matter of fact with their permission I would like to use that as my new tagline. It is something we need to shout from the roof tops.
Today is my 40th birthday. From this b-day forward I will take time to pray, and thank God for people like Pat Tillman, who sacrificed all for my freedom. May he walk beside Jesus, the one who sacrificed all for all of us.
