No they are not -- these are the first people that signed on -- Senator Inhofe called for her testimoney early so he would be glad to sign. This looks like some of the committee chairman that have signed the letter.
Don't be so hasty to jump to conclusions. We have over 30 very conservative Republican Senators and very few moderate ones.
