Man involved in traffic accident dies after falling off freeway overpass
(4/22/04 - HOUSTON) An alleged drunk driver involved in a minor one-car accident fell to his death off a freeway overpass shortly after the accident.
Police say the man got out of his car after crashing into a guardrail on I-45 near I-10 late Wednesday night. He then apparently sat on the guardrail. But an eyewitness says he lost his balance and fell about 50 feet to the ground.
Police believe he was probably drunk. A passenger in his Geo Tracker jumped in the driver's seat and took off, so he could face charges for leaving the scene.

Did you say he FEll 50 feet? From an overpass? And there were no warnings? No big pillow at the bottom for a soft cushy landing?
THAT'S OUTRAGEOUS! It's flauntin' society's conventions!
