He has my sympathy but at least it didn't turn out as badly as a Canadian trip I heard about some years ago.

Some city boys went on a fishing trip and were dropped off at a lake cabin by a amphibious plane. They managed to burn the cabin down the first night. Some of the guys died of exposure by the time the plane picked them up a couple of weeks later.

Yes. What we did was get together, buy the land, and fence it off. We started stocking it with various game a few years ago. My wife's from Germany, and I liked the look of the buildings in Bavaria. So, we made it like a Bavarian lodge out in the country. We come out here quite often. It's sort of like a second home.

Peanut butter or vegetable oil works to remove unknown gunky substances from hair, I've used both on my kids many years ago. The real question is what did he get into and how? This could be a blockbuster movie: grown men go camping and get into trouble...oh, yeah, I guess it's been done.
