Today I received the book "Hillary's Secret War: The Clinton Conspiracy to Muzzle Internet Journalists".
From the cover:
From her war room in the White House, Hillary Clinton commanded a secret police operation dedicated to silencing dissent, muzzling media critics, intimidating political foes, whitewashing Clinton scandals, and obstructing justice, all aided by a network of Clinton moles planted at every level of the news media, federal court system, intelligence agencies, and federal law enforcement.
Mainstream news media spiked the story of Hillary's secret war - and the scandals she sought to conceal. But the courageous new journalists of the Internet underground defied the odds and exposed the shocking truth about history's most corrupt presidency.
Written with all the drama and tension of a gripping novel, this carefully researched book gives the inside story of how these modern-day patriots endured Hillary's attacks and emerged from the battlefield to become a sprawling, innovative news source reaching tens of millions each day. Hillary's Secret War presents a tale of dogged courage and sacrifice, one of the greatest untold stories in the annals of journalism.

It's going to be a travesty if he forgot to mention
Alamo-Girl.
There was (still is) all kinds of information scattered around Free Republic, but Sandi was the one who took the time to put the clinton legacy all together in one place.
I still recall that many people downloaded her entire Downside Legacy to distribute CDs to their legislators.

Thanks for the reminder, I was going to buy this book anyway, but now I will remember to later today. I don't know why I get any credit, though, ha ha ha. Other Freepers reported it first, all I did was post the Boston Herald story on it the next day.
Thanks should go to the Herald writer and Jim Robinson.

I just finished the book. The intimidation of on-line, internet reporters like Jim Robinson, Joseph Farah, David Horowitz and dozens of others is something I never thought we'd have to see in this country.
Seeing it all put together like this is unsettling.

Barnes and Noble where I am (ME)located do not have it in as of yet..should be in the stores by the end of the month.
Don't tell me the ending! ;) Need to finish the Talbot Oydssey first (Nelson Demille).
Jim, will you have a link to this book being sold on line? Poe and Robinson ;) autographs available as well? (Seriously, I like my buying signed books...they hold their value and often go way up in value..am a capitalist!!)

Alamo-Girl is my all time favorite heroine of FR and her efforts sorting and assembling all the Clinton information were breathtaking! I agree.
Alamo-Girl is either a prodigy or several people using one s/name.
Just kidding, A-G. You're a prodigy. And a blessing.

We are moving about 36 miles I think . It is up in the mountains and so pretty! There are pine trees and a big meadow right by the home! It is beautiful up there!

Thank you so very much for the kudos and encouragements, snopercod! And thank you for including the link!
Indeed, the Downside Legacy made it to the Senators and the Representatives in two separate efforts and was distributed to a number of journalists. They will always know that Freepers are watching.

Thankfully, I won't be mentioned in there anywhere.
I somewhat prefer being an unknown, shadowy creature of persistant rumor.
But that is getting harder and harder to maintain.
Had a troll the other day make mention of myself and a post to one of his previous incarnations that I had made.
So my anonymity is getting to be somewhat less.
Think I'll have to mess up my bio page some more to muddy the water somewhat.
Won't do to have the weird reputation I've struggled so hard to create and maintain getting all ruined because of being suddenly known to many beyond those I normally converse with.
*chuckle*
