I do hope for your sake the ring is not made of gold (1 Peter 3:3 and 1 Timothy 2:9).

I'm not ignoring you anti, went home sick friday.

I got to study both scriptures you listed, these are guidelines given for Christian living, not laws or commandments. Women braiding their hair and wearing a lot of jewelry, etc. is used to define women such as Tammy Faye Bakker, who profess christianity, yet have no modesty.

I checked with the King James Bible, The New English Bible and the living bible, when the same three scriptures are compared by translation, the meaning becomes more clear.

I'll post them for you maybe later today, forgot them at home.

You are telling the Truth and the Lord will reward you for it.

Sadly enough, the Truth is hardly recognized anymore - even by those who claim to follow Christ along the DIFFICULT path.

As for my reward, I thank you for the thought, but prefer my rewards to come to fruition in Heaven!

may God bless you!

I hope you're feeling better.

So, except for the 10 Commandments, we get to choose what to follow and what not ("it's just a guideline")? Who decides what's a guideline and what isn't? That's where you get into sectarian wars, where some believe the guideline is law and others don't -- then the one believing it's law claims the other is not a Christian, and the one claiming guideline calls the other fundamentalist. The same thing happens in the Muslim world.

Actually, you know how Jews range from Orthodox to non-observant, but all still call themselves Jewish? The same thing exists in the Muslim world, with people believing in Allah and Mohammed, but they don't follow all of those 1300 year-old rules.

They don't irritate anyone but miserable, rabid atheists.

And remember not all, just those miserable, rabid ones.

I could go back and forth with you about interpretation, except I believe we have both made our point!

In todays world though, should we really try and place defining a "good" muslime before our own national safety?

The Jewish people for instance, kept their faith together even in prison camps under horrible circumstances, unable to practice their faith.

A wary eye on muslimes in the United States causes them no problems with the practice of their faith - even if they, along with everyone else, can not hear actual, muslime prayers broadcast over mutual airwaves.

I thought our little thread here was could a Muslim who didn't subscribe 100% to every bit of Quran and Hadith still be called a Muslim? I said "yes" and supported it.

Surveillance is a different subject.

Yes! Sorry, the flu must have taken a bit of my mind with it.

Nearby suburb, Dearborn, requesting to add two major muslim religious holidays to the city's paid days off.

I've never been an advocate of citizen's militias. But, if there ever was a time or place for one, now is the time and Michigan is the place. I seem to recall the Michigan militia has a history of controversial activism. Where are they now?

As for me, I prefer to fight the good fight. Civil war if necessary.

Enjoy your three hots and a cot.

LOL!

I am so low priority in the big picture. I also understand free speech. Being willing to stand with my patriot countryman is not an illegal act. Talking about a future civil war is found in many posts on many forums.

No agency is interested in what one individual has to say about anything. You are obviously trying to scare patriots and those who would fight the terroristic threat of islam within this country.

I know what freedom is and I am not afraid! You can not silence the truth.

Saudi-funded Wahabbi thinking is causing the anti-American sentiment you see coming from American mosques.

I dont know about it being saudi funded (does not matter anyway) but anti-american sentiment is coming from mosques in America (NOT American mosques!) and they really are not obeying our laws.

Liberal judges and city councils who fraternize, aid and abet the enemy as the enemy breaks our laws, are a big problem

At one time I lived beside a church that rang its bells not only several times on Sunday but also for every dinners, choir practice, prayer meeting, bible study - every event called for extensive bell ringing.
That was annoying at times, but to listen to a call to prayer in Arabic five times a day, every day? No way!

Most of the mosques built in the USA were built by money from the Saudi government. There is nothing American about mosques, they are agents of a foreign government which intends to destroy us.

You really believe that, "No agency is interested in what one individual has to say about anything."?

That's laughable. People from this very forum have had visits from the Secret Service and FBI due to stuff they posted here. But hey, go ahead, dig yourself in deeper, I really don't care.

What I do care about are your repeated calls for others to engage in illegal behavior. It's one thing for you to ruin your own life. It's something entirely different for you to play the Keyboard Kommando and provoke others into acting out your fantasies, to their detriment.

I'm copying the Admin Moderator on this for the obvious reasons. I believe you bear scrutiny.

Quit crying wolf. I have not called for any person to do an illegal act. Acknowledging the possibilty of civil war or any other thing or opinion in perfectly legal to do.

I am not in the position to sway anybody to do anything. If the FBI were interested, they owuld do their background check, talk to my friends, read my mail, question me, whatever. They would find a patriotic citizen with strong feelings about country and freedom.

Quit trying to start something. I am growing tired of false accusations.
