Whatever happened with the Save187 petition drive? I sent in three completed petitions prior to leaving for the U.K.. I went to check the www.save187.com webpage, and it no longer exists. The April 15th deadline is past. The last time the webpage was up, they had 430,000 signatures.

CAMPAIGN DEADLINE UPDATE
Save Our State's Save187.com web site is back after being temporarily knocked offline for approximately two days due to an issue beyond our control that we cannot comment further on at present time. We have been able to restore a few of the site pages. We are currently exploring all avenues available to S-O-S. As a result of the pending issue, Save Our State is now extending the petition deadline. All petitions must be postmarked and in the mail by April 26, 2004, and received by April 27th. However, any envelope containing large quantities of petitions must be sent by Overnight Delivery, without exception. This is to ensure that all petitions will be received by April 27, 2004. Also, petitions can still be downloaded from our website's petition page. Do not call for petitions as none will be mailed by SOS. However, SOS will e-mail you the petition as an attachment pdf file.

See above... it looks like their website may have been attacked... and we have an extra couple of days.
