Good article, to be true it would have to be known to government officials both past a present. We surely know THIS administration would never lie about something as important as terrorism.

Don't try to blame this on the Bush administration. This was set in stone before they were there. Perhaps the fact that little bits and pieces are emerging now in the media is a good thing.
