As long as the US government isn't involved, they can have anyone running their countries that they damn well please. I don't have any particular opinions on who I want running lots of countries around the world. In fact, of the 179 countries in the UN, 178 of them can pick whomever they choose. Let's start with our own country before we worry about "regime change" in Afghanistan or anywhere else.
And you can bank on this: I'd sure as hell rather have Slobodan Milosevic back in power in Serbia instead of the KLA Muslim terrorists running things over there.
