John Kerry continues to stonewall the release of his military, medical, FBI and tax records.
Transcript from Meet the Press with Tim Russert, April 18, 2004 ^

MR. RUSSERT: The Boston Globe reports that your commanding officer, Lieutenant Commander Grant Hibberd has suggested that you perhaps didn't earn your first Purple Heart and question whether you should have left Vietnam after six months. In order to deal with those kinds of issues, when I asked President Bush about his service in the Texas Guard, he agreed to release all his military records, health records, everything. Would you agree to release all your military records?
SEN. KERRY: I have. I've shown them--they're available to you to come and look at. I think that's a very unfair characterization by that person. I mean, politics is politics. The medical records show that I had shrapnel removed from my arm. We were in combat. We were in a very, very--probably one of the most frightening--if you ask anybody who was with me, the two guys who were with me, was probably the most frightening night that they had that they were in Vietnam and we're...
MR. RUSSERT: But you'll make all your records public.
SEN. KERRY: They are. People can come and see them at headquarters and take a look at them. I'm not going to--but I'll tell you this. I'm proud of my service. I'm proud of what we did. I know what happened. And the Navy 35 years ago made a decision and it's the Navy's decision and I think it was the right decision.

Read the last paragraph . . .
SEN. KERRY: They are. Peolple can come and see them at headquarters and take a look at them. I'm not going to--but I'll tell you this. etc.
Look at the last paragraph, he almost blurted out "I'm not going to -- do anything I don't want to do. Don't you know who I am? I'm Senator John F'n Kerry. Screw the American people."
Then he goes off on a screed, wrapping himself in the flag and never really answers the question.
Also, I'll bet the records that he refers to and are available at the Kerry for President Headquarters in DC have been scrubbed cleaner than a GI latrine.

*sniff sniff* I smell blood! Let's hope the Bush campaign, the RNC, etc, all go after him on this! After all, President Bush has all of his out there for all the world to see. It would be nice, just once, to get all our guys on the same page with this. It would be great if they could not even order a sandwhich at McDonald's without bringing the subject up.

I can't recall the article I read that had numerous direct quotes from Kerry's past about full disclosure. And now this!
They don't call him the F'n Flipper for nothing.
This has to be a F'n Flipping Record!
...less than 8 hrs.

"We were in a very, very--probably one of the most frightening--if you ask anybody who was with me, the two guys who were with me, was probably the most frightening night that they had that they were in Vietnam and we're... " That's funny. According to the guy that was his CO at the time, neither one of the guys with him were even aware that there was any incoming fire at all. I'd bet money Kerry faked his first Purple Heart if not all three.

Hannity was just talking about this.
A bit earlier, Campaign Carl Cameron on FoxNews was also reporting about the MTP interview, Kerry saying ALL his medical records, etc., are available at his headquarters for viewing. Carl said only a few of the records were there and the staff person would not let anyone look at the few that were there.
Big PR problem for Kerry. He is currently caught in a lie to Tim Russert. His spin isn't working, as he tries to parse the meaning of 'all'.

"I'm proud of my service. I'm proud of what we did."But I thought he said he'd committed war crimes, machine-gunned people, shot innocent civilians?
Which is it, John?
(BTW, have you heard Sean Hannity imitate Kerry? Makes him sound sorta like Inspector Clouseau!)

Senator, are we going to expect a flip-flop in your account about your Vietnam War service? When your partisan media friends dug for President Bush's three decade old service records and you didn't object to the fishing expedition, it made yours fair game. If you can't stand the heat, perhaps you should drop out of the presidential contest.

My first thoughts exactly and Clinton was given a pass. I hope the major(liberal) media doesn't hand Kerry a pass too.

Why does your title include "FBI records"? What FBI records do you want Kerry to release?
To: plain talk
All the ones on John F. not in the Clintons' possession.
