The article mentions that when the Spanish withdrew from the Spanish Sahara (after the death of Franco in 1975), they negotiated a "deal" not to be attacked during their withdrawal. The signal for their departure, to be broadcast on Spanish radio, was "Susanna is leaving." The reply from the guerrillas acknowledging this was "Bon voyage, Susana."
I wonder what their code is this time.
