As a "daily" mass attending Catholic... it hurts me to the depths of my soul the success Satan has had within the Catholic Church. If it pains me this much, imagine Our Lord's suffering. The hottest fires of Hell are waiting for those who lead even one astray... I agree that the majority of Catholics today in the US are "dumbed down"; I'm surrounded by them. My solace is this: God is still, always has been and always will be GOD and HE'S IN CONTROL.
