I just spoke to Kristinn and Fox has decided that they would not be conducting the interview because they will be focusing on recent developments is Israel. I hope that some other news service picks up the DC Chapter/Kerry HQ story. Let a few more people know what a man of the people Kerry is.

Play this up: require a trial, conviction, press coverage, full circus. The face time in the press is invaluable, and a first offense will elicit a slap on the wrist at most.
Good going folks!

The shoe is on the other foot, eh Senator Kerry. So NOW you don't like protesters?
To: L_Von_Mises
Apparently Kerry doesn't believe in the First Amendment.
Isn't there some rule about the permits about more than x number of people gathering requires one?
I can't believe that a few people gathering and not disturbing the peace or doing anything violent would require a permit of police attention.

"Items being offered at the Viet Cong Vets for Kerry bake sale will include: Three Scratches and You're Out Purple Heart Cookies, Hanoi Hilton Misfortune Cookies, Jane Fonda Nut Cakes, Punji Bread Sticks, Ho Ho Ho Chi Mints, and Vichyssois.
Free Range Waffles and Kerry Flips Flops will also be offered."
LOL! Sound about the appropriate things for Kerry.

Why not get a permit and return for a repeat bake sale?

The DC Chapter of Free Republic set up a Viet-Cong Vets for Kerry bake sale in front of Democrat Presidential candidate John Kerry's national headquarters in Washington DC this afternoon. The Kerry campaign responded by calling the D.C. police to shut down the bake sale. LOL... Way ta go, DC FReepers! May there be many more of these Viet-Cong Vets for Kerry bake sales, if it ticks 'em off that much! ;-D

Are Kerry's people offended by this? They ain't seen nothing yet.

Raoul and I, meanwhile, protested a Moveon bake sale on the Lower East Side. I held a "Kerry's Waffle House" sign and Raoul dressed as Saddam and held a sign instructing people to vote Democrat to save him. He had another sign identifying himself as one of the foreign leaders who supported Kerry.
Al Franken came over and tried to engage the good doctor in Democrats.com talking points, but all the cartoon Saddam would say was "I want a Gorelick muffin GRILLED, not HALF-BAKED." A crowd had gathered around, and as Franken walked away frustrated, Raoul informed him that his Air American audience had just tripled.
People were eating these disguting-looking cupcakes with gobs of icing that they paid $3 for--as Saddam explained to them that "These are Kerry muffins: The muffins are free; the three dollars is tax."

What a worthless piece of crap Kerry is. If that's the best the RATs have, they need to get into a new line of work.
