All people who commit illegal violence against another human being should be locked up for a long time. But what about a guy who gets into a brawl at a bar? How long should they be in jail?

Tax, it isn't the single act of an otherwise peaceful person were talking about. This guy has made a career of sexual predation, why does he get a lifetime supply of victims? If a predator is let loose they will destroy another life. Either lock them up, kill them, or admit we don't really care about our sons and daughters, and stop crying crocodile tears as if we did.

Judging puts you on God's level. Do you really want to say this? God says "Thou Shalt Not Lie". How is it judging to agree with Him?
We are allowed to judge the fruit of people's lives. Just because we become Christians doesn't mean we have to put our fingers in our ears, close our eyes and assume that everyone is all bright and shiny clean. Some people are evil and it's not judging to point out fact.
We know for a fact that the subject person lied and deceived thousands. No judgment involved

Hey grizz, I had puter troubles over the weekend and could not get on board when the news about Dru came across the wires...
I swear that I was just thinking about her on Friday as the weather was summertime mild in these parts and I was thinking that they would probably have a good thaw up north.
Praying for her soul and her family...this is so sad!
There is a special place in Hell being warmed up for that TROLL-FREAK Rodriquez.

When a person says we are not supposed to judge, what they really mean is we are not supposed to say anything when people do things outlandish, sick, or just plain evil.
The Bible may indeed say we should not judge, but as you indicated, it also says "We shall know them by the fruits they bear." Furthermore, nowhere in the Old or New Testament will you find that we should tolerate sin.
