French Mosque Vandalized, Daubed with Swastikas

STRASBOURG, France (Reuters) - Vandals have burned the entrance to a mosque in eastern France and daubed swastikas on the walls, police said on Friday.

A rubbish bin outside the mosque was set on fire in the early hours of Thursday and the flames damaged the entrance to the building in the town of Haguenau, just north of Strasbourg.

Sad fact: you'd be surprised how far today's muslims go when it comes to blaming others for their own misery.

And yes, it makes you wonder whay all those millions of mulim immigrants came to France in the first place. After the decolonisation they finally gained their independance, and instead of making an effort and making it work for themselves, they leave their countires and settle in France. On top of that, there's no assimilation, no integration taking place, they insist on maintaining their own cultural habits and traditions, and best of all, they hate the very guts of anything Western European!

Makes you wonder what they're up to.

It sure seems that way. What on earth is the point of importing the problems of the muslim countries? Just like here --- with all the people of the world who might like to immigrate what is the reason we'd accept those who have no intention or no ability to assimilate with Western culture and values?

I think that's what makes this look like a hoax --- nazis and muslims are ideologically the same --- both groups are fascists who hate the Jews. They would likely work together at least up to a certain point.

I don't think so. American leftists might suffer from a complete lack of self-respect, but chauvanist Muslims have the exact opposite problem. I don't think they would desecrate their own mosque, and certainly not with symbols that are so anti-Jewish (they would have at least added some stars of david to the field of swastikas, or something). It just doesn't feel like a hoax.

Hoaxes tend to be scatterbrained, sloppy affairs; real hate crimes tend to be on message. Whoever put those swastikas up cared about one thing: swastikas. It seems geniune enough to me.
