I love it- for some reason the Adobe reader, when installed on my machine, screws up the registry, breaks links, and does other unsocialable things, so I quit using it. The online reader is good enough for just reading a document.

Okay, this may sound strange, but there is a lot of fraud on EBAY, (cellphones, tons of money being sent to other countries by defrauding Ebay users, hijacking users accounts, etc.) I think that this may have something to do with terrorism.

The 1st ID handbook is unclassified; however, it has the caveat of FOUO. FOUO stands for "For Official Use Only." Since it has a caveat of FOUO, then it should probably be limited to military personnel. Also, there has been previous instances of people being prosecuted and even imprisoned for supplying the enemy with unclassified information.
