I vote for dumping the whole 22 pages here on FR, maybe put it on a thread all its own.
And while we're on this subject, I'd like to suggest we come up with a list of questions that we'd like asked of Gorelick regarding the memo.
I'll start out with these:
1. Under whose direction did you write the memo?
2. Did you get any suggestions from anyone about what to say in the memo and if so, from whom?
3. Did you attend meetings where the subject of the memo was discussed, either before or after you wrote the memo?
4. Who was in attendance at those meetings?
4a. What was the substance of the discussion?
5. Did you give the memo to anyone to review and if so, who?
6. Did the memo have to be approved by anyone before distribution and if so, by whom?
7. To whom was the memo distributed?
8. In your opinion, why was the memo written?
9. After the memo was distributed, did you receive communications from anyone regarding the memo, and if so, who?
10. What was the substance of the communications?
...care to add to this list?
