I disagree. A fair question would have been "doesn't Kerry's early support for the Iraq resolution make later criticism look like pure politics?"

Her question, worrying about him being "hamstrung" sounds more like the concern of a supporter. Why should objective reporters worry about politicians being "hamstrung"?
