I think the confusion centers around Bush's having appointed Gorelick to another panel or commission or two. Here are the panels/commissions she did serve on under Bush.
- She co- chaired, with Senator Sam Nunn, the Advisory Committee of the President's Commission on Critical Infrastructure Protection
and was a
- member of President George W. Bush’ s Review of Intelligence.
