"God I miss Jesse."

The better years of The Old North State, for sure....even his rivals knew his position.

An old proverb goes something like, "Once you cast your bread upon the waters, wisdom says it's often best to leave it, rather than muddying the waters trying to regather it."

the Honorable Jesse had that wisdom....

I went to the WRAL.com site and "joined" in their discussion groups with a username and password.... I agreed to their rules, etc. Then I gave my opinion, starting with "When did NC decide to secede from the South?" and took it from there. Gosh, I didn't swear, or badmouth anyone.... I'm just a little opinionated as you all know by now.... I was nice even! But, funny thing about it, my contribution didn't make it past the moderator. I wonder where I went wrong *blinking eyes innocently*
