I think AJ won't show the tape precisely because it shows the man dying corageously and defiantly. If he had been whimpering and begging for his life, they would show it. "Gruesome" has nothing to do with it, IMO.

At any rate, he was a brave man. As someone else already said, I hope I'd do half as well in the circumstances.

I agree with you. I also believe the pressure should be put on FOX to obtain the tape and show it to American public.

Perhaps we can start building momentum from here to pay respect to this courageous man.

That was my first thought too. No propaganda value for the jihadi's if a man , instead of cowering in fear of them , tells them to F.O. (so to speak) even as they murder him.

God bless this brave Italian man . Prayers for his family. May the kidnappers-murderers be found , killed, and sent to hell to rot for all eternity. The same goes for the rest the b*stards who murdered, mutilated, our people, and those Saddamites and outsiders trying to ruin the new government in Iraq, may the wrath of the Almighty descend upon them and destroy them.
