If you tune into the stations that are supposed to be playing Air America, you hear spanish music.

Someone put up a thread saying they heard they Airbag stopped broadcasting in Los Angeles and Chicago for contractual reasons. I just checked here in LA and they are playing Spanish music and someone reported the same from Chicago.

This could be as they say, a contract dispute, but I doubt it. Once the plug is pulled it is usually for a pretty good reason. If they were going to continue broadcasting on these stations, they would never have let the broadcast go silent, that's death.

It could be they go so much flack about taking over minority stations they are switching to others, but if they were to do this I doubt they would allow a hiatus in transmission.
