THIS should be shouted from the PRESS.....if it was a Republican we'd be hearing it to NO END....!!!!!

Reno and Gorelick have zero authority over the CIA. The wall memo prevented the FBI from internal communications. FBI agents with pro-actively gained intelligence (potentially inadmissible in court) could not share information with FBI agents that were handling active criminal (to be indicted and prosecuted in court) cases.
