the president was interested in...sort of like his butler That ranks right up there with his question last week after Condi's testimony:
"Who in Washington would you like to give chemicals to to make them talk?"

First Kerry notes "how far" condi has come, as if she dragged herself right out of the crack den to become part of the administration and now Chrissy says she is the house butler to GWB. Condi is gonna have to take some action here. But she won't. She needs to bring out the glare and mutter about those "white boys gettin' outa hand"

Where are the overnight polls on Bush's press conference?
If the numbers were bad, you can bet they'd be all over the media this morning.

Kerrey covering for the Clinton administration as usual.
He's such a liar.
If Clinton gets damaged too badly, Hillary will get laughed right out of the election process for President, and they know it.
Hillary "Hawk" Clinton is being revealed for what she is - the harpie ambitious wife of a do-nothing President.

They've been pissed at him since he strayed from the party line last week - it was supposed to be all Bush's fault and nobody elses.

I have a lot of liberal leaning friends who may not vote for Bush. One thing they all agree on is what a remarkable woman Condi is and that they respect her deeply.

Good point about the absence of poll this morning and its ramification.
To: sinkspur
Where are the overnight polls on Bush's press conference?I was wondering the same thing. And had the same conclusion that he did just fine--probably better than fine.
Tenet: At the end of the day you have to lead.
To: Carolinamom
when does the rasmussen daily come out? And i have seen no polls on the speech other than the one on the financial thing,,is that cnbc. Kernan said the "europpeans were all voting" so my guess is it was bad.

I am an optimist and its still early. They may not be able to stomach voting for Kerry. Also they have never spoken as favorable of Hillary as they do of Condi and we all are in NY.
