I hope a lot of FReepers are planning on attending, making this a record event.

Bang for the NRA

Will be there, if for no other reason than to give them hell for endorsing Snarlen' Arlen over Pat Toomey.
GOA Ratings:
Toomey: A-
Specter: C-

Let's see. 60,000 NRA members. Allegedly 1,000 protesters. Yeah, the protesters deserve 1/3 of the article.

I wish the NRA would hold a convention here in Green Bay. We have a new convention center and a lot of conservative people here.

NRA bump.
I can't make it this year. It has to be close enough for a day's drive. If any Freepers go, I hope they keep a count on the protestors. That silly media math may get a little strange again.

I'm for having the NRA conventions here in NYC as that would REALLY piss off Chucky Schmucky, the Hildebeast and Giff Miller. King George the RINO would give some lukewarm and vague statement (I condemn loosening of firearms laws, but defend their right to have the convention, etc.), while Mayor Bloomingidiot won't be reached for comment at his estate in Bermuda.

I'll be going. Leaving Thursday.
NRA Bump
To: MissTargets
I saw about 100 protesters, mainly college students, at about an hour before Chenery was supposed to speak. Also, on the local Pittsburgh news (FOX affiliate), the protestors got about 5-6 minutes of coverage vs. 2 for the convention itself. Sick.
