Well, Kerry wants to hand it over to a U.N. aide to Kofi Annon. See Kerry wants to "de-Americanize" Iraq thread. I like Bremer and hope he stays.

That's the closest thing to turning Iraq over to the UN. Whose position is that? Oh yeh, John Kerry. Surely, President Bush isn't...surely not...Iraq is still too hot (gunfire) for diplomacy. We have to win the war first---and the war isn't over yet.
