Are you dreaming? I'm almost tempted to tune in to MSNBC but would rather listen to Brit.
To: TalentOnLoan
Of COURSE clinton would never be hit with those questions.
To: Maigrey
Oh, no, I'm stuck with David Gregory commenting.
Gotta go down to my FNN tv.
But happily, NBC is leaving coverage and going to something important ... I believe it's Frasier.
Too bad Frasier (Kelsey Grammar) wasn't asking questions.
He would have made more sense than Gregory, et al.

Matthews is delusional. The president's ALWAYS been humble.
To: Howlin
Matthews is praising him. I'm going to faint...
Haven't had enough food today because I've been HERE!

I wish I could, but it would turn my stomach. These people are stark raving madd.

Shep and Wendell Goller (spelling?) are doing fine commentary on FOX.
To: DoughtyOne
David Gregory is now saying the president wouldn't give him a straight-on answer to his and other questions re: responsibility/apology... says he was filibustering at times.

Right! And he punted that football right back up their tailpipes!

Brit looks buoyant after this presentation.
He and Fred giddy at seeing our strong president.
Whoever here thought he looked nervous and tentative were clearly off the mark as many of us noted throughout.

"Is it just my TV, or is the President's tie doing a weird electronic dance?"
TV is very low resolution, and if you are wearing something with a pattern that is fairly small, you get what is called 'chroma noise'. That is what you see in the tie. The reporters there don't see that.

Break out the industrial strenght umbrella - there's going to be some winged swine about! Matthews & Howie saying anything positive has to be a sign of winged swine...

He did really well I think.
Those who support him or are ambivalent will be happy. Those who loathe him are unreachable.
I think he made it quite clear that America's prevailing in the war of terror takes precedence to him over his political ambitions.
How refreshing!
90% of the WH Press Corps need a good bitch slap.
