Even more important, is Gorelick's role, since she was one of those very lawyers...both at Justice and the DoD.Exactly! How did this 'Rat biatch even get on the 911 panel?
I'm starting to think Daschle appointed Gorelick to the panel because he knew in advance she had a lot to hide. Putting her on the panel was his way of keeping her from testifying. Makes me think she knows a lot that would be very interesting.

Rush is calling for her to testify saying that she has to supply answers.

I have no doubt about it. It is obvious that Reno's health will be a reason to excuse any mistakes she may make. By putting the number two person out of reach, the Democrats have guaranteed we wouldn't get a full accounting from the DOJ.
Gorelick held TWO important positions as a high-level legal counsel that are extremely relevant to the policies the Clinton administration implimented to deal with terrorism. Treating terrorists as criminals...and embracing a strict legaleze criteria when it came to confrontation and apprehension, was the very pervue of her position.
Just who was it (Gorelick?) that was giving Clinton the legal advice, that he couldn't extradite and indict OBL from Sudan? Who was it at the DoD that was telling are Generals that they couldn't target suspected terrorists? Heck, when that Predator drone spotted OBL, was it Gorelick and her band of lawyers who prevented the military from taking action? Gorelick needs to be questioned.
