Yes. Ashcroft revealing the Gorelick document makes the non-partisan-ness of the Commission laughable. The Commission has lost any credibility, unless Gorelick is dismissed; but we know she won't be.

The Commission is a partisan joke. As Larry suggested, at most, half of the blame will be toward Clinton, half at Bush. Who is on the ballot in Nov? Bush is the only one who will be hurt by this.
